Woodcroft Plaza Weekly Specials SMS Campaign - Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is operated by Woodcroft Plaza (the "Promoter").

• Information on prizes and how to enter Woodcroft Plaza competitions form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

• By entering Woodcroft Plaza competitions, entrants accept the above-stated Terms and Conditions of Entry.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion runs from 20 October 2025 to 14 December 2025.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must subscribe to the Woodcroft Plaza SMS list by submitting their full name, mobile phone number, and postcode.
By subscribing, entrants agree to receive one (1) promotional SMS per week featuring weekly specials. Participants can opt out at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each SMS.

4. Prize Draws

Each valid subscriber will be entered into a weekly draw to win a $100 voucher, redeemable at participating Woodcroft Plaza retailers.

• A total of eight (8) winners will be drawn – weekly draws will take place at MMadvertising at 11am each Monday throughout the promotional period.

• Winners will be contacted via their submitted mobile number and announced on Woodcroft Plaza’s Facebook and Instagram pages.

5. Prize Conditions

• Total value of prize pool is $800. One (1) x $100 voucher per week.

• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.

• Vouchers must be used by 14 March 2026.

• All prize winners agree to the use of their name and suburb for publicity and competition purposes, without compensation.

• The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers.

• The Promoter, its associated agencies and companies associated with this competition take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit and the Promoter will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, damage to or loss in transit of the prize.

• Prizes will be available for collection at Woodcroft Plaza.

6. Eligibility

Entry to Woodcroft Plaza competitions are open to all South Australian residents; excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related entities.

7. Privacy Notice

Information collected (name, phone number, postcode) will only be used for:

• Administering the promotion.

• Sending Weekly Specials via SMS.

• We will not share or sell your data to third parties. 

• Your information will remain private, however, by entering a Woodcroft Plaza competition you are automatically agreeing and accepting that your personal information entered (name and phone number) will be used by Woodcroft Plaza for future SMS marketing.

8. General Terms

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control occur.
